AUSTRALIA’S NATIONAL SCREEN ARTS & BROADCAST SCHOOL
The Australian Film, Television & Radio School has two pathways for aspiring screen arts & broadcast practitioners that include a fulltime one year Foundation Diploma & a vast array of courses offered within the School’s OPEN PROGRAM.
FOUNDATION DIPLOMA
If you have an interest in working in the film industry, or an interest in new media, or in television broadcasting but don’t really know how it all works or where you could fit in, AFTRS has a course created especially for you. AFTRS is looking for students with strong creative portfolios to apply for this unique and intensely practical course.
OPEN PROGRAM
Offering courses from one day to one year, the OPEN PROGRAM at AFTRS delivers course all year round - all over Australia.
Taught by experienced tutors and industry professionals an OPEN AFTRS PROGRAM course is also a perfect opportunity to discover new talents and make new connections.
AFTRS OPEN PROGRAMS provide skills and knowledge and experiences that will enhance your credentials and expertise in the specialist areas of film, TV, radio and new media. From introductory courses for beginners to masterclasses the OPEN PROGRAM has something for everyone with an interest in the screen arts and broadcast sector.
